A Visit from Grandma Nina

We got a special treat last week when my mom came in town to visit. Devani had surgery last Monday, which we're happy to report went wonderfully, so we spent most of our time in Lehi at her house. Good times were had and we've never eaten better (my mom is a superb cook!).
Thanks for everything, Mom! Here are some pics of our time together.

This picture of Mason cracks me up. I wish you could get the full picture. He was in his basketball shirt, a red fireman's helmet, a diaper (no pants) and a ginormous work glove. He was walking around all serious, like it was totally normal for him to be dressed that way. Kids make me laugh!!!

Boston loves Corbin! Corbin is such a cutie and always eager to help. He's such a good cousin and big brother. He acts so mature for his age...he even took on the responsibility of checking Mason to see if his diaper was messy while Devani was sick. Probably too much information, but it was hilarious. What 4-year-old does that?! He is one special kid.

Boston loves his Grandma! It took a few minutes for him to figure out that her voice was the same as the one he hears on the phone, but he definitely warmed up to her right away. It was sad to see her go, but we're already looking forward to her trip down this summer!

Hi Kimmee, thanks for the nice things you said about us - especially after I made you drive to Lehi every night! My boys loved hanging out with you. Mason watched out the window all night on Monday for you. We couldn't convince him that you weren't coming! I'll have to read this to Corbin - it'll make his day!
