We love camping!!!

So we finally went camping, whoohoo!!! It is one of my favorite things to do and we almost let the summer slip by without taking Boston on his very first camping trip. I was a little worried at first that Boston would go a little OCD on us and refuse to touch the dirt. He's really funny about dirt and grass (trust me...I'm not complaining! :). He surprised us, though, and dug right in. He LOVED it! He played in the dirt, chased grasshoppers, and tried to eat as many rocks and sticks as he could find. Yum! Unfortunately, in classic Kim and Brett style, we only have two pictures to document the occassion.

Here is Boston as we began our road trip,with his trusty sidekick, Mr. Giraffe (yes, we're oozing with creativity).

Here we are in front of...someone else's tent. :) Our is a little to the right. We had such a great time. It was nice to get out and get some fresh air. We even saw three huge moose...one walking through our campsite and another two across the ravine. Boston had a rough time sleeping (meaning he slept the entire night on top of me, arms wrapped around my neck, and his head resting directly on my face). It was not the most comfortable night of my life, but I did enjoy some good cuddle time with my boys. All in all a great trip!
